We recently had the opportunity to work with Suncourt, Inc. on a project involving a thru-wall fan bezel that needed laser scanned for reverse-engineering. We were excited to take on this challenge and are very pleased with the results.

An Artec Space Spider was utilized to scan this plastic part. GeoMagic and Solidworks were utilized in creating a usable 3D part file for manipulation.
Details captured in the scan were accomplished with ~0.05mm of accuracy/error, producing an extremely accurate 3D mesh and model.
