Ferrous Sorting System

This is a ferrous sorting system that Central Manufacturing built for United Iron & Metal. Central Manufacturing was contacted to replace an old system that had been running for 25+ years, and saw opportunity to improve upon the old design in a few areas. The system was designed in Solidworks where fabrication drawings were also created. Keyshot was utilized for renderings.

Custom Design

This system is a one-off that was designed around a particular site location, based on requirements.

Stock-piling System

Once materials are sorted, the remainder is stock-piled using a half-moon shaped concrete pad and power-wheels.

Fabrication-Ready

Every detail for this system was taken into consideration, and a full set of fabrication drawings as well as hardware lists were created for ease of fabrication and assembly.
